A delegation led by Professor Chi Fulin, President of CIRD, visited Haikou Fullsing Internet Industrial Park for research

On the morning of February 11, a delegation led by Professor Chi Fulin, President of the China Institute for Reform and Development (CIRD), visited the Phase II Fullsing Industrial Park for research.

Ms. Wang Xihuan, CEO of Hainan Fullsing Town Industrial Park Investment Management Ltd., extended a warm welcome to President Chi Fulin and his team and accompanied them on a tour of the park's urban lounge, the headquarters of the International Digital Port, the cross-border live-streaming industrial base, and the talent apartments.

During the meeting, President Chi Fulin introduced the recent internationalization efforts of the CIRD, and exchanged and discussed with CEO Wang Xihuan on policy innovation for industries park in the free trade port and potential cooperation between their respective organizations.
The Deputy General Manager Yao Zhiguo and Assistant to the CEO Zhou Lei of Hainan Fullsing Town Industrial Park Investment Management Ltd., as well as Vice President of the CIRD Zhang Fei and Deputy Secretary-General of the Hainan Reform and Development Research Foundation Wang Ling, participated in the meeting.
