Governor of Bank of Thailand Dr. Suthiwartnarueput Visits CIRD

On the morning of March 28, Sethaput Suthiwartnarueput, Governor of the Bank of Thailand, visited the China Institute for Reform and Development (CIRD). Professor Chi Fulin, President of CIRD, extended a warm welcome to Governor Sethaput. The two sides held discussions on structural reform, RCEP, economic and trade cooperation between the Hainan Free Trade Port and Thailand, as well as think tank exchanges.

Yang Rui, Executive President of CIRD and President of the RCEP Research Institute, and Chen Wei, Vice President of CIRD, accompanied Governor Sethaput on a tour of the CIRD’s History Museum. Participants in the visit also included Wisa Kitichaiwat, Chief Representative at the Bank of Thailand's Beijing Representative Office, and Orada Ruchtanon, Deputy Chief Representative at the Bank of Thailand's Beijing Representative Office; Kuang Xianming, Vice President of CIRD and Vice President of the RCEP Research Institute; Guo Da, Vice President of the Hainan Institute for Free Trade Port Studies; and Wang Yuehong, Assistant Researcher of RCEP Research Institute, CIRD.
